Locked Applications

Locked Applications allows users with the appropriate permissions to manage the applications that are currently locked by other users. This functionality can be accessed by clicking within the Ribbon Bar.

Upon clicking , the Locked Applications screen displays. This screen provides a list of all of the applications currently locked within Temenos Infinity.

For user convenience, a Filter is available in the top-right of the Locked Applications screen to filter the applications that appear within the grid.

The grid that appears within this screen displays the following information for each application:

Column	Description
Application	Displays the application number.
Primary Applicant	Displays the name of the primary applicant on the application.
Locked Date	Displays the date and time that the application was locked.
Locked By	Displays the name of the user who locked the application.

From the Locked Applications screen, users with the appropriate permissions are provided with the ability to remove an application lock to allow another user to access and edit the application.

To unlock an application:

Highlight the application(s) that need to be unlocked within the grid.
Click the Unlock Selected Applications button located above the grid.
An Information box appears stating "Applications have been unlocked." Click OK.

Once an application has been unlocked, a system-generated email is sent to the user who had the application locked. This email informs the user that the application has been unlocked and any unsaved information may have been lost.
